Before we begin designing any plan, we take our time learning as much about you as possible. From there we outline everything you need to know (what, how, when, why, etc.) so that you feel fully prepared and confident in your upcoming weeks.

IS THIS A ONE TIME PAYMENT OR A MONTHLY CHARGE?

REBEL Coaching is a one time set fee, however payment plans are available upon request. Shoot us a message so that we can put together a package that works for you

HOW LONG DOES THE COACHING LAST?

Our coaching runs in 4, 8, 12, and 16 week blocks. However we do have both 6 month and yearly plans available for those thinking of long term training

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Every plan is completely custom to the individual we work with. Depending what you sign up for, our plans include a workout and/or nutrition program. On top of that you will get unlimited access to one of our trainers

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PROGRAM?

Once you purchase a coaching block, we'll send you a questionnaire to complete. The form is quite in-depth but it's our way of learning about you so we ask that you fill out thoroughly.

Once you've told us your life story, your plans will arrive within 3 business days

DO I HAVE TO LIVE IN NORTH AMERICA TO BECOME A CLIENT?

Absolutely not. Our coaching program is available worldwide

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY DIETARY NEEDS?

Absolutely! Vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dietary restrictions or allergies - our team can cater to any needs/likes/preferences/allergies/lifestyles

IS THIS FOR BEGINNERS TOO?  OR DO I HAVE TO BE AN EXPERIENCED GYM GOER?

Since our coaching is completely custom, we work with everyone! It doesn't matter what your age or experience level may be; whether you're a beginner, getting back into the swing of things, or someone who has been working out and following a nutrition plan for years - we work with everyone

DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

Absolutely not. We'll ask more about where you plan to workout and what equipment you have available, (if any). If you have a gym membership - great! If you don't, that's no problem

IS THIS FOR BULKING OR WEIGHT LOSS?

We design every program to the person we're working with - all goals welcome!

IS THIS PLAN FOR MEN OR WOMEN?

Both! We have experience training men and women of different ages and stages of life - everyone's welcome to apply
